Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulations are designed to be gentle on the skin, without drying alcohols, harsh surfactants, or declarable fragrances – unless otherwise stated. Many of our products contain soothing ingredients such as Centella Asiatica, Panthenol, or Beta-Glucan.
Do you use perfume in your products?
Some products contain a subtle fragrance in low concentration. We openly declare all fragrance ingredients, avoid allergenic perfume components, and use fragrance-free formulations wherever possible.
Are your products vegan?
The majority of our products are vegan. Products containing snail secretion filtrate (snail mucus) are derived from an animal-derived ingredient, but are obtained without harming animals. All vegan products are clearly labeled.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. Our products are developed without animal testing and comply with the EU Cosmetics Regulation. We neither conduct our own tests nor commission tests.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our skincare products are manufactured in Korea under controlled conditions according to European standards. All formulas are tailored to the requirements of the German market.
